Docomo's home internet has been very spotty even before the typhoon and mobile service is zero up until 2-3 days ago. I live in Dededo, while I agree that it currently depends on the location, GTA is very good in their customer service compared to Docomo, a lot cheaper too. Everything in my house runs through the T-Mobile Nokia Gateway and all work well with the exception of Netflix on the TV’s. If your streaming to the TV was not working you could check to see if the application on the TV is in need of an update. It might be software on the TV that is resulting in the problem.
